1 Delivery area
We deliver to the areas served by our store. If your PIN code is outside our delivery area, we will let you know before the order is confirmed.
2 Delivery time
Most orders are delivered the same day or the next day. You can follow every step of your order in My account > Orders.
3 Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown in the order summary before you place the order.
4 Receiving your order
Please keep your phone reachable. Check the items when they arrive, and report anything damaged or missing from the order page.
5 Delays
Bad weather, traffic or very high demand can sometimes delay a delivery. We will keep you informed if this happens.
